I have worked out with Ramsey since January 2013. Ramsey has helped me achieve my fitness goals every year and has changed my body shape, my mental strength and taught me how to get the best out of my workouts. I have worked out with trainers for over 10 years and no one has given me the results that Ramsey has over these last few years. I know more about posture, the correct way to engage certain muscles and how to eat healthy without sacrificing taste.

One of the best things about Ramsey is that he really pays individual attention to your body type and needs. I see so many trainers making clients do generic exercises without understanding how its going to impact their bodies. Ramsey has clinical knowledge of muscles and tailors the workouts to what your goals are and what he understands as your weaker areas.
I continue to workout with him 3-4 times a week. And I know I can have a few beers because my body is strong and can handle it!
