FIX your FLEX is a flexibility program designed to make you more flexible, more mobile, and more pain free. Aches, pains, and injuries are all-so common, and finding a way to make our body avoid these issues is extremely important to me, and it should be to you as well! This program covers how to foam roll properly, how to engage in a dynamic flexibility routine, and how/when to utilize static stretching.

The Perfect Peach is a 60 day workout program that emphasizes building lean, sculpted muscle through the glutes, legs, and core.
