I've trained hundreds of women that seem to have the right kind of lower body workout schedule. They have an exercise program, but unfortunately, they aren't executing the exercises as efficiently as possible.
THE MOST important factor that will make you successful with your exercises, is that you understand why you are doing them, and make sure you are performing them properly. For example...
Jenny wants nicer legs and a tighter butt. She goes to the gym in a conquest for a leaner, meaner lower body, and performs squats, lunges, and leg press machine. Jenny does 5 sets of squats, 4 sets of lunges, and 4 sets of leg press. Jenny tells me, "I did all the work, but I don't really feel sore in my legs. I feel like I NEED TO DO MORE."
Jenny most likely DOES NOT need to do more. She simply needs to change her approach. I will ask Jenny these questions...
Unfortunately, Jenny knows nothing about what her breathing pattern should be, how to squat properly, what an eccentric contraction is, how to warm-up her body to feel these exercises properly, or any of these questions that I asked above.
"ITS OK JENNY!", I say. Most people have these problems, so let me help you understand how to really make sure you target your lower body and glutes.
This is why I've created the Perfect Peach program. This program emphasizes strength training of the lower body, and the glutes especially. Every woman I've ever trained wants stronger, sexier legs, alongside with a toned, lifted butt. Who doesn't want that, am I right?!
My main goal as a trainer, is to help my clients succeed in relation to their fitness goals. Performing this routine with the best possible technique will give you maximum results, and will undoubtedly help you thrive in your quest for a better, healthier, sexier body. I get upset when trainers overlook the form/technique aspect of training, as it is an integral part of reaching the body you want. Remember, it's not about "what you do" it's about "how you do it". This program gives you the exact blueprint of "what to do" and "how to do it".
