I was looking to get back into the gym after 10 years or so. I went a couple of times on my own, figuring out pretty quickly that I would need to work with a trainer just to understand the equipment.

I felt great! And, Ramsey kept me motivated that was so critical to my success. All of Ramsey’s workouts were challenging but they were also very do-able. I was often laughing while grimacing through an exercise set.
But there were challenges achieving one of my fitness goals, getting rid of my unsightly belly fat. I tried working very hard on that, until I confessed my frustration to Ramsey.
I was really surprised that my complaint was met with Ramsey’s asking me about my nutritional habits instead of tweaking my exercise routines. He recommended a program I could download that would track my dietary details daily.
All of my workouts with Ramsey now start with a review of my macro intake of carbohydrates, fats and proteins for the week and I’ve lost 10 pounds of my belly gut. I can actually see my abs!
Ramsey was very helpful to me, especially providing some direction for my workouts: good posture, good form and just the right amount of weight.
