Ramsey has been a huge help in my life when it comes to fitness. When I completed my first year of college, I had gained what people call “the freshman fifteen” and totally lost track of my typical fitness routine. I started training with Ramsey again that summer that I got back, and now I can successfully say that I feel more confident in myself and my body than ever before. Ramsey is a fun and upbeat person who made our training sessions enjoyable no matter how intense they were. Ramsey also helped me figure out what exercises worked for me, and he helped me set reasonable goals for myself for the summer and this coming school year.
Because of Ramsey’s help, I went from being the girl who never went to the gym my first year of college, to the girl that people now ask how to replicate my perfect squat form. I cannot thank Ramsey enough for helping me get my confidence back and for making fitness a priority in my life again.
